Kid myself? I wouldn't count on it. No matter how the constitution was written? that will always be repeal's. The constitution was flawed from the start. In it, it states that we the united states can not raise an army only, the individual states have the power to do so. This cause the act of confederation saying at any points for any reason the states can disban from the united states, this cause too many problems. Therefore a repeal was created. Just saying it's always been flawed. not just now
